Curation workshop of the Parkinson’s disease map

10 October 2018, Luxembourg Learning Centre, room LH 2.02, Campus Belval, Luxembourg

The Parkinson’s disease map is a large, manually curated knowledge repository of molecular mechanisms related to the disease. We ensure the quality and relevance of the PD map contents by regularly consulting the PD research community, and updating the map following the suggestions of the experts.

This year we organise the “PD map curation workshop” on the 10th of October, a day before the Parkinson’s disease Symposium in Luxembourg.

We plan three parallel sessions, focused on mechanisms of i) neuroinflammation, ii) ageing and iii) neuroprotection, and their relation to the PD pathophysiology. The outcomes of the workshop will be integrated into the next release of the PD map, giving the research community an enriched repository, with better data interpretation potential.

We’ll be happy to see you with us!
